A Beauty Tip from Matthew Morrison's Wife Renee

Renee Morrison is a beautiful actress, singer and model. Renee is known for her glowing skin and carefree lifestyle. Just like Matthew Morrison, Renee is very laid back as she enjoys living with the public eye on her. Renee will always have a big smile on her face as if she is on top of the world. Can you blame her? She has a wonderful husband who is a great father, a beautiful son and the wisdom to value the life and people she has been given. I admire her adventurous personality that she keeps balanced with her peaceful yogic center. I knew long before they married that the two were amazing together. They inspire others to live, love and enjoy it all.

Renee's makeup is perfect for her skin tones. She knows how to use the right shades and combinations to make her features pop. I love how she uses illuminizer to accentuate the beauty of her skin. She told me she likes Nars products to provide her glow. I have used Nars in the past and they do make excellent highlighting products that hold up well throughout the day.  Nars keeps its highlighting going even under lights and heat from exercise. The effect from their products is almost heavenly. That is why Renee likes it so much. I agree she is right. Copacabana is the shade I have used most often. The company makes several shades that work well on all skin tones. Since I have such fair skin, I find the light pink hue in Copacabana looks great. In some of my videos and photo shoots you can see me wearing it.

Nars makes an excellent illunimizer that many celebrities love.

Matthew Morrison told me that Renee likes to steam her face several times a week and gets facials often at different places including her own at home treatments. She uses a simply towel with some herbs or other steam products premade and a sink of water. Steaming your face is that easy. Her skincare is the foundation to her beauty. Clear glowing skin before makeup creates the best palette to apply makeup. If you dont start with good skin it is hard to fake it and still look as natural as Renee. I heard she likes Skinceuticals products and is a fan of their vitamin c serum. She might have heard about it through a conversation I had about the product and Skinceuticals. I have used it for years. I had a doctor who swore by it. I had that doctor for so many years that he knew my skin very well.

Cameron Diaz's Skincare Tips

Cameron Diaz has the perfect girl next door look. She always has a radiant glow to her look. Cameron believes keeping your face clean using a good soap and water is the key to healthy skin. She uses an enzyme peel in the form of an enzyme mask twice a week. Papaya is an excellent source for an enzyme mask. Moisturizing from within by eating avocados is another of her tips. Drinking lots of water is a staple to any good skincare routine not only does  flush out the toxins but it moisturizes your skin. We both are known for having our water on hand. I feel water combines well with certain products such a hyaluronic acids. Products with hyaluronic acid work best if you drink water before you use them or so I am told. I love the new hyaluronic acid items that have been coming out lately. Some of them are really amazing in their impact.

We both love seaweed facials. Cameron says the micronutrients are unstoppable and the benefits from one weekly mask will surprise you. I have not done one in a while but hearing her say how much she likes sea weed facials brought back memories for me of their benefits. Seaweed facials are easy to make. You can find several recipes online even certain spas use their own in house recipes. Cameron Daiz's new book "The Longevity Book -  The Science of Aging, the Biology of Strength and the Privilege of Time" a great book to pick up. It has a lot of tips in it.

Wrap yourself up in some good healthy seaweed, lather on papaya and you will be glowing in no time ;)

Clarisonic Opal

I was looking to help improve some of the swelling I get at times . I wanted to capture a more refreshed look for photoshoots, on camera and for certain events. I heard about Clarisonic 's Opal from a friend. I am not exactly sure which celebrity have me the tip. So many celebrities were using Opal at the time. It was a go to for many of Hollywood's leading ladies before their important appearance work and Red Carpet events. Amoung Opal users are Charlize Theron, Sarah Jessica Parker, Demi Moore and others. I was told by another Opal fan the Clarisonic product made its appearances in the hand's of several stars before they made their appearances at the Oscars. 

The Opal is amazing in many ways. It is easy to use, it feels great on the eye area and it really makes a dramatic improvement your appearance. I love the massaging sensation the product gives and how relaxing I become while enjoying the treatment. I am aware that the product has been discontinued even though I have used mine for years. It did win Allure's new product of the year in a category. I can say how much I love it, and how great my experience has been using the Opal. There were some overeating issues I believe I saw online, but I have never had a problem with mine in 8 years of use. I keep 2 in my home and use 1 on a daily basis. I am hoping with some modifications, Clarisonic will bring it back.
